Purbeck Property is an independent estate & letting agency prominently situated in the centre of the Saxon Walled Town of Wareham between The Old Town Cross & The River Frome. Established in 1984 by Rob Green, Purbeck Property is now owned by Mark Olsen, who bring with them over 20 years of estate agency experience.

Purbeck Property cover all of the towns, villages & hamlets within the Purbecks as well as neighbouring areas in Poole, Blandford & Dorchester.

Having a wealth of experience in estate agency Mark has managed a number of offices in the Dorset area before taking over Purbeck Property in 2016. Having started in the hospitality industry over 25 years ago he has a hard working friendly approach. Mark lives in Wareham & in his spare time enjoys playing a variety of sports & watching football at Bournemouth.

Karen Dormer-Woolley
Lettings Account Manager

Having run a local estate agent, Karen's joins our Wareham office looking after the accounts for landlords. In her spare time she is the Director of the Swanage Musical Theatre company. Born in Swanage Karen the local area extremely well & is also a member of Purbeck runners.

Chris moved to Wareham over 20 years ago & has always worked in the customer service industry. 5 years ago Chris stepped into the world of Estate Agency where her in depth knowledge of the local area & community has been put to good use. In her spare time Chris enjoys sea swimming, socialising & looking after her grandchildren.

Lettings Co-Ordinator

Eleanor looks after the maintenance side of our lettings department liaising between landlords, tenants & contractors. She brings a well organised & friendly approach to sort out issues that arise.

Living on a local farm within the Purbecks & Eleanor enjoys spending time in the local community & countryside.

Emily House
Property Consultant

Emily has been working in the customer service industry for over 10 years & brings a friendly approach. She enjoys conducting viewings & assisting sellers & buyers with their move.

In her spare time Emily enjoys water sports & volunteers with the coastguard & looking after the local beaches.
